As previously reported by Yo!Raps, Eminem is being sued by a Michigan man who claims the rapper assaulted him in the bathroom of a local strip club. Now TMZ has released new details about the alleged scuffle.

According to reports, the alleged victim, Miad Jarbou, claims he was in the bathroom when Em and his body guard came in. Another man came in shortly after and reportedly spoke to Em saying, “Hey Eminem, What’s up?”

According to Jarbou, Em’s body guard answered for the rap star saying, “Shut the f*ck up, man! Don’t say another word.”

Jarbou claims that he stepped up in defense of the other man, who was a friend of his, and that is when Em attacked him.

Em allegedly “stepped back from the urinal and without warning or provocation, as Jarbou continued to urinate, drove his first in a violent punching manner into the side of Jarbou’s face, knocking him to the ground.”

Jarbou has since filed suit seeking unspecified damages.
